At Janssen, rebuilt the portfolio strategy to deliver a respiratory-infection pipeline across small molecules, biologics, antibody conjugates and phage. At Mozart, as CMO, built a nimble team that took a first-in-class CD8 Treg bispecific for autoimmune disease from Phase 1 to proof of mechanism. Example: FluPulse (flupulse.org) is a free web app built by JWC that forecasts when flu, RSV and COVID season will begin in each of the 3,222 US counties, daily, from public federal data, in 12 languages, and tracks measles alongside.
